Inspired by Natural Disasters and Families In Need of Resources.

Witnessing the chaos of natural disasters and the information gap it creates, especially for families with children navigating complex federal programs in a foreign language, inspired our app to put clear, multilingual communication at the forefront.

Our Timeline

June 2023 - An idea is born

Early designs began with Benito (software engineer) and Angelica (community interpreter) brainstorming and sketching ideas on whiteboards to address the needs of our hometown, Greenfield, CA. During this phase, our primary focus was on indigenous communities.

August 2023 - First lines of code

First lines of code start as a side project. Full dedication started by December 2023. Due to the many varients of indigenous languages, our backend service was built to scale to any number of languages.
